Default need help identifying these rods

Hi I just tore down my 4.8 today I noticed the rods look pretty beefy for stock there are numbers on them but I can't find out anything about them.
They are stamped gkn 3468 and have a 136 on one side and a 172 on the other side.
On the sides are 217 and 241 on six of them and 207 and 241 on two of them.
Any ideas of what these are and are they worth running?
Thanks for any info

My block is a gen 3 4.8 cam sensor is in back 482 crank flat top pistons with weird numbers on them. I was expecting press on pistons but now see they are floating with clips.
Is this normal for the gen3 4.8 kinda feel like I scored kinda.
