Default Main cap bolts - Replace or keep?

I'm currently building a 347ci LS1 and read somewhere that the main cap bolts are torque to yield and need to be replaced when rebuilding. I believe it was just talking about the 10mm bolts that go through the side of the block.

Any truth to this? Or just loctite and torque to spec?

I already know the head bolts have to be replaced, bought new stock replacement bolts for that.

They're not torque to yield, but they do still torque to an angle value rather than a torque value. I've reused them several times.

Aye, they aren't one time use but they can fatigue after multiple installs. I've read around 4-6 times. I've reinstalled them three times and never an issue.
