Could go bigger, but since you already have that cam i'd consider running it

LOL. Yeah, if I am building an engine, there will not be any "mystery" cams involved. Without knowing the specs, it is impossible to say if it is a good choice for your application.

What intake manifold will you be running?

X3>>> 234/242 112/114 LSA
MS3 >>> 237/242 choice of LSA (111/112/113)
X4 >>> 240/244 111LSA (Like a MS4 on XE-R or should I say MS4 is like a G5X4 but with LSK lobe on intake)

Theses specs were found with a quick google search possted on Ls1tech by a very respected member.

I'd go Solid Roller and not look back.

Two cams I've toyed with in a 416 have been a 250/254 112+4 and a 252/260 114+3... same overlap but the 252/260 cam would peak much later, but would be optimized in a 416 with a FAST with an IVC of 54 degrees. The 250 is around 50 degrees, which would work better with a single plane type intake.
