Default Need opinion on new motor.

So i blew up my ls1. And need to find a replacement motor. I was looking at this motor from thompson motorsports. What do you guys think.

I'd go aluminum personally Luis, unless you're going boosted. I like keeping my car light as possible as should you. Thompson is a stand up company that also offers a better warranty and customer service than most vendors that build engines.

**** i cant afford to go aluminum. Just a simple heads cam and a 200 shot.

I honestly dont think the 200 shot blew up the ls1. It was the added compression from having the tfs 220 heads milled to 60cc and not running a dedicated fuel cell at that compression level. Probably woulda been fine if it had c16 in a dedicated

Or the tune...seroiusly could've been many things. BTW a stage 1 LS1 is the same price in Aluminum...

This is the exact one I'm running from TMS with mods in sig. What top end will you be using?

No thank you, I've seen many threads where you have stepped up when you really didn't have to which is commendable to say the least.

On top of that great customer service you offer a warranty that blows most if not all out of the water.
