So I used the sticky trick and also what Darth_V8r recommended and got the motor mount situation figured out. It's all set now. I used the stock jack and put it between the strut tower and the motor mount and cranked it up until it was even. I also had a jack underneath to align the bolt hole vertically.

And I got the trans in

Getting closer

Shout out to Stickies! Man I knew I should have used a strap when my tranny kept sliding and tipping on the Jack. Ill try it out since I probably have to pull it again.

My jack came with a little chain that was supposed to hook over it but that was worthless. The ratchet strap worked awesome though. Takes some finagling but slid right in. Sucks Brew. Hopefully the O ring trick you thought up works so you don't have to do it again.

Installed my front strange drag brake assembly last night.

Packing the bearings

Getting the bracket and hub set up

The brakes are pretty cool how they work

The pads just insert into the caliper while the caliper is attached

Couple finished shots

And a couple shots with the wheels set on there

My lug nuts don't fit for the wheels now so I'll have to order new ones today. It's almost a roller

LOL. Thanks man!!

It's coming along. I should have my rear end in the next couple days, it shipped yesterday and they're not that far from me. I can't wait, everything is set to throw it in.

Rear came in and I got it installed

Took a long time but the quality is pretty awesome

Packaging was nice and sturdy, Took about 20 minutes to unbox lol

Weighed it. 128#. Stock is about 150 iirc. Pretty awesome to drop weight with a 9"

I got it all setup now. Just need to work on brakes today.

Talked to Racewire Solutions and he is starting on my roll cage switch panel now so hopefully not too much longer.

I started the rear brakes

Used a little grey sealant for the axle bearing per MWC

My second time ever welding. Just need to do some grinding and seam seal/bondo and paint

Radiator supports

Front of engine compartment

Rear drivers side well in the back

Made some progress...

Brakes are done and rear is aligned, ride height set (for now), wheels on and it's a roller again!!!

Got the rear dual calipers setup

Front wheels (17s for the street with MT street skinnies, I have 15's with track only MT skinnies, the weight difference is quite a bit)

Rear wheel/tire (15's with ET Drags for now, I have some MT Radial Pro's I want to try out also, 26" tire for now also)

Up close

It can roll!

Shot of both cars in the garage. Wife's going to want her spot back soon lol
