Default New Build, No Oil Pressure

Figured I'd come here for help. I did not build it, had a local shop do it. Assembly lube was used as well. I have no doubts its a bearing problem, same guy built a buddies engine and fired right up with no issues.

New build, LS2, K1 Crank, Eagle Rods. Wiseco Pistons, High Volume Oil Pump
CB663HN - Rod Bearings
MS2199H - Main Bearings

Turned it over for first time today, ran for 5-10 seconds and died due to fueling issue, no oil pressure.

Repeat 2 more times, 5-10 seconds each, same results. I poured oil into the filter to help prime it before hand, not a whole quart. After trying to crank it, I loosened the filter and oil gushed out. I'm using a sandwich plate and removed a fitting for mechanical gauge and same results, oil poured out. Checked drivers side head, bone dry.

Will verify with mechanical gauge tomorrow. Pulled Fuel Pump, Injector and Coil fuses, to turn it over... Correct me if I'm wrong in doing this please.

I'm at a loss right now.

Pull out all of the spark plugs also and crank it non stop for 30 seconds. You should have pressure after 30 seconds, if not start with the oil pump or o-ring.

Unfortunately my turbo manifolds do not allow me to remove plugs without removing the manifold itself.... Not a fan of the design.

Barbell plug forgotten? Maybe cam retainer plate? You probably need to start pulling covers and inspect for any missing parts where oil pressure is.

Missing the plug in the front.... This block was original a Robert Yates Racing block, they used a dry sump setup to feed the block.
