I just had the same thing , I ran 13.01 @ 109 with a loudmouth , asp pulley and fipk on 18" street tires. I installes a mti S II cam, kooks long tubes, kooks catted Y and meizere ewp and ran a best of 13.80 @ 103 mph .
Turns out I had a bad knock sensor giving me a whopping 9 degrees of timing wot plus It fukked up my o2's missfirring ( best guess ) so I was running one bank lean and the other rich and everything was crazy messed up
Anyways look for knock . . . . any trouble codes ?? Ive still got a messy o2 but just fixing the knock sensor has brought her back to life BIGTIME

You need to monitor the engine on atap, get it on a dyno or something. Only that can answer your question. That should have been done before it ever went on the strip. Or the road, for that matter. You have to know what the engine is doing or you can kill it, do it right man. Just slapping on mods and racing it is asking for disaster.

Intake Air Temp senor , check the connection. . . thats an important one for getting your mix right .
P0300 is comon when a cams installed , I was getting this with the bad knosk sensor , now with that fixed its smooth and no p0300 code. Your cam is much bigger but fixing the IAC should help . If the pcm doesnt know the temp of the ar its breathing it cant adjust properly.
I ditched my TR6's for Irridums and noticed an improvement off the sauce. I could open my gaps back up too
Best is to autotap it . . . your air fuel might be messed up . . . . if it was anything like mine
Hope it helps.
