Default plug reading experts please come in

these were missing above 5000rpm and have about 1500miles on them. i dont know anything about reading plugs but these dont look so good to me.

i am running leaded race fuel and the fuel is red in color, i also use the wideband regularly so i know the a/f ratio is prety close. i monitor for knock retard too and am able to avoid it. are these plugs too hot? they are tr6's. if so what plug should i change to? i am running a 6.0 with 11-15psi and a little nitrous but not very often.

Looks to be extremely rich.. You say the fuel you're running is red, and you insulators are showing a lot of fuel on them..

Here is a site to reading spark plugs..How to read spark plugs..
