Pontiac run around Well Pontiac is not stepping up
The TA burns around 1qt every 800-900 miles and has constant piston slap!
They are no HELP. Pontiac wants me to pay for the break down of the motor, so they can have one of their REPs(on their payroll) come and make a decision on my problem
Their REP+ My Problem=
for me I already smell it coming
I even offered to pay for a brand new motor, if they would just pay for the install.
I just can't see me throughing money at a break down, after they acknowleged the problem!
Slap:
"We hear a noise, but it doesn't seem to be that loud"
Oil:
"We still need for you to pay for the breakdown, So if there is a problem that can be identified will find it"
I'm not sure what to do...........I love my TA and have money to fix it, but I'm really disappointed in the integrity of the Company!
I'm thinking a new Cobra might be in the works!

I'm deployed and the warranty ran out by time (only 30K) Pontiac said they would acknowledge it
They said regardless it would be the same process (I had a 2000 SS before this one and it had a warranty, but it got totalled by a drunk driver, and got the same run around
should of known better!) Me paying for a break down.
