Damn Quicken that is a sweet way of being really fast in a daily driver.
434ci and a 4L60E with 3200 converter.
Nice.
BTW if you have a sponsor why stay at 383 when you can go bigger?
Also give it a couple of months before you order heads and see what the sponsors on this board can do with the AFR heads.

Thanks. But don't forget those other 2 cubic inches, its a 436ci

I'm gonna add a FAST 90mm intake and 90mm TB with a 300 shot DP soon, now that'll make for a serious street monster

Your friend is correct, they do come stock with Ti connecting rods in the V-6 engine.
However,That stock $90k NSX will also get the crap kicked out of it by a stock,$52k, Corvette Z06 that uses steel connecting rods and pushrods to actuate it's valves. You pick the track, a stock Z06 Corvette will dominate a stock NSX.

Don't fall for the hype. Just because it's Ti does not mean it is "the best" the best is different depending on what you are trying to do.

If you're building the engine yourself or the guy that is building it for you doesn't know how to get Ti rods you/he probably shouldn't be messing with them. Ti is extremely notch sensitive. That means even a small scratch will act as a stress raiser and can lead to failure.

Ti rods (and many other things) must be handled and installed by a consumate professional in order to get the best from them.
