Air gets forced to the back of the intake. Number 7 is notorious even with a stock tune if things get lean from a dirty fuel filter etc. I lost number 7 for 2 reasons, 1 the tune was a bit lean(but the car ran like great) 2 a peckerhead put dirty fuel in the tank (NOT ME) and clogged the fuel filter then drove it WOT. Number 7 ended up taking a vacation in the exhaust.then dumped it in my driveway. Nice Christian values huh? JW ex friends

Someone who wants to command high 30s for WOT timing needs to stick to early 70s stuff and stay the hell away from anything made in the last couple decades.
