Cam profile causing poor 60' & ET?
I have my doubts about that TC ever working if it's flashing to only 3300 on motor yet "slipping" 14% (is that at the top end of the 1/4 mile?) on the 150.

I think you are getting to the point where you have to decide between optimizing for N/A performance or for Nitrous performance. You will have to choose a stall converter based on your direction.
Either that, or the cam needs less overlap, and a later opening exhaust event.
