Default bent pushrods

Tryna figure out this noise my 408 has been making.. anyone have a video of how a bent pushrod sounds like? To me it sounds like a loud knock.. i checked oil and no gold flakes or any type of shavings..

Have you pulled a valve cover to check them? Any recent over-revs?

A bent PR is a short PR. That introduces slack, and causes the rocker arm to rattle and make noise. Lots of video examples around this site of engines with short push rods.

A loud knock is often something deeper and more difficult to fix.
