Default Rotating assembly

I am building a motor for a class 1 off-road car. So far I have got a 6.0L block iron and was thing of putting a 4.125 Lunati crank, Lunati rods and Je pistons. It would be bored .030 over. Does anyone have any experience with a similar combination. How hard are they to cool? How durable? And finally anyone have any suggestions on a good place to buy the rotating assembly price vs. tech help? ONe last note it would be a dry sump motor. Thanks for any help or suggestions on a better set up. Matt
