Well drained the oil and most of the oil came out glittery... like gold mini shavings...so i guess its definitly toasted..plus when i rotate crank by hand i hear grinding.. and its kind of hard

The glittery specks is bearing material. Have the crank turned, new bearings and good as new. Assuming you didn't hurt anything spinning a rod bearing, I've seen them cause a lot of damage but not everyone. How long did you run it after it picked up the noise?

Well the project now depends on the condition of this motor... if its still salvageable then rebuild and drop it into this 2001 trans am firebird i picked up.. thinkin about boosting it.
