Default Gen III or Gen IV?

I bought a 6.0 out of a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 truck. It has the larger cam bearings (found out this when I took the first set to the machine shop and they said they were too small) so does this mean I have a Gen IV?

I'm a rookie guys so bear with me. Lol

Thanks in advance

Easiest way to tell is to see where the knock sensors are located. Side of block = gen IV. Valley cover = gen III.
