Default Real misfire, or cam related?

heres the run down, 5.3, 243 heads, 214/220 cam, TR6 plugs, shortys, intake and tune. Replaced the coil on this cylinder, no dice, running taylor thundervolt 8.2 wires, wires checked out fine at 28.5ohms. Here's a datalog at idle of the misfire counts, #4 showing abnormally higher misfires. This is over a very small period of recording time, and heres a picture of the plug pulled today.

Any thoughts on where i should look next besides the obvious, switching injectors, compression/leakdown.

Swap injectors and see if the misfire follows it.
