What heads will go good with this cam? Or could I just port the stock 241 heads and get good results?

You could port the 241's or get a different. It's gonna make power either way

 

all depends on budget and goals. that cam with ported 241's could get you 420whp depending on how well the heads are worked.

with that low lift just a basic valve and mill on the 241s will do.
