Default Dual Springs ?

What are the best drop in dual springs?

I need to get some for this cam... I have 918's but I think the duals would be safer.

Thanks for any help.

AFR are now using Patriot Gold Duals in their new LS1 heads!

$295 for springs/tit. retainer/harden seats/valve seals

I'm also using them with my 224 cam in my new vette.

Are they drop ins? I've heard some duals you have to get the heads machined for them. Not looking to do that.

Wayne, I have a set of Crane duals that I will sell. I installed them but have never run the car. Dropped a lifter when changing cams and they have been sitting ever since. Shoot me a PM on EFA in you are interested.

We prefer Crane or Patriot springs. What size camshaft are you considering? I personally prefer the Patriots for their better spring pressures, but you could also shim the Crane's We sell the complete Patriot kit for $295
