Sealed power valves?

Sealed power valves? So the 799 heads I got came bare, and I need some valves before I can send them to AI for porting. I'm on a tight budget and saw the Sealed Power valves on Summit for pretty cheap. I know we live in a you get what you pay for world, so I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these?
If these are crap, what recommendations could you guys make that wouldn't break the bank?
