Default K1 crank Pilot bearing... To small!!!

Just got my motor back from the machine shop and did a little work to it, went to put the clutch together and pushed the pilot bearing in by hand and am able to wiggle it back and forth.... All the other motors I have done you needed to tap the bushing/bearing. Is this normal? Should I contact K1 to see if they have a fix for this or a special bushing ?

Yeah contact K1. Probably a good idea to measure the bore diameter too to compare notes.

called k1 and they didn't really know what to say other than there is tolerances for the pilot bearing and its possible I got a larger bore that's still within spec... They want me to measure and trying a bushing if not they are willing to warranty. Bad thing about warranty is the motor is already assembled.

Solved, Brass busing was just a hair larger and was a nice firm fit that need tapped in with a hammer.
