208 casting on head LS1 identification - help

Hi Guys,

I have remooved an engine from Corvette C5,

There are heads with 208 casting on it. Do you have any reference for the 208 heads.

I can't find anything

Never heard of those. Are they perimeter bolt or center bolt valve covers? Where is the number you are referencing located? Factory heads? Post pics?

Shot in the dark...upside down and/or dirty 806 or 862?

Looks like it says 806 to me.

806, you can see the perimeter bolt style valve cover bolt
in the valve cover
in the perimeter of the photo
