243 head repair

What's going on guys, I bought a used pair of 243 heads recently for a pretty good price and noticed one of the combustion chambers was smoothed out for some reason? Wondering how much it would cost to repair or what I can exactly do to have it repaired?

send it to advanced induction, they can do a rebuild setup which cleans everything up.
