Default LQ9 truck build cam question

Hi all,
New to the site and a new build. My question is thoughts on a cam for stage 1 of my rcsb sssilverado clone.

Stage 1:
Z71 with autotrac 2 speed transfer + all wheel drive capability lowered 4/5
2014 option rims - 20x9 295 50 20
Stock lq9 with tri y long tubes, cai, and cam,
Spring, rocker trunion upgrade.
4l65e, hydro boost with twin piston calipers
Big radiator from escalade and twin e fans wired with two relays.
My thoughts on cam are between theese three:
1) 216/224 551/551 lsa 115 5a
2) 218/224 553/553 lsa 113+3
3) 224/230 553/547 lsa 111+2

This is my daily driver, I really dont want to lose alot of torque down low yet would like to wake things up a bit. Will I have any ptv issues with the flat tops and opinions on 1.8 non adjustable yella terrors to go with upgrade
I have hp tuners and will be tuning myself.
A question there also. The lq9 is in a 02 escalade I just aquired, my truck is 04. Will I be better to keep 04 pcm and load lq9 tune or keep lq9 02 pcm and repin for my truck.
Any advise or opinions would be appreciated, just remember this is a heavy truck and drivin in town and long highway miles daily - 1.5 hr commute one way and
Redlight driving during the day. Whereas gas milage is not major concern, I would like to keep at least 14/15ish combo for now.
Thanks in advance for any comments.

I ran a bigger cam in my 5.3 ext cab was a great dd and pretty good ln gas a d great power overall.. it was a 224/224/612/598/114lsa made close to 380rwhp so i would go with option 3

Thanks for your input. So did you loose a chunk of bottom end with that cam or did it stay somewhat close to stock?

If no stall converter will be used. I'd run the Lingenfelter GT2-3 and GM blue or yellow sprungs

I would go with either 2 or 3. 1 is to small. Youll makw great torque down low but you wont make higher rpm power. As for the 1.8 rockers. Just remember that if you go with the 1.8 to male sure you take that into account with valve springs. If i were you i would call pat g. Fill out his cam card questions. (25$) and have him spec out a cam. Id be willing to bet he keeps you close to the number 3 cam with maybe a hair more lift. Good luck.
