Default How to seal heads

Hey guys this is my first ls build. I'm building a 5.3. Iron block, wiseco pistons, Eagles..etc. I have 317 heads for lower compression because I want to use high boost, what head gaskets would you reccomend for 27-30lbs of boost. Of course I will be running arp studs and my block and heads have already been to the machine shop to be decked completely flat and not warped. I hear people o ring them and I don't know what that really means, and people go with 1/2 studs but I hear people make 1000+ with regular arp studs.

GM LS9 gaskets and the proper RA finish on both the block and heads, not too smooth that it doesn't bite the gasket which is what you want/need
Make darn sure block deck threads are spotless and clean. I dip one fastener in oil, then roll the threads into another fastener before hand tight in the block. ARP lube on the fine threads and Extreme Pressure Lubricant on the washers.
I go through the first torque sequence of 45 twice, then 60 once and 70-75 once
A proper tune like 8-10 ignition advance with your 27 pounds and quality fuel should make four digits at the crank pretty easily
