So I just finished building my Ls1 and it is having a ticking noise. The valve train is noise special when in higher rpms I did use my stock rockers with the comps trunion upgrade the rockers have about 120000 on them here's a little more on rebuild I use vengeance racing vrx4 cam kit and Ls7 lifters and 243 heads

Is it a metal on metal type noise like a lifter isn't pumping up or a muted noise commonly referred to as "sewing machine" noise? Any chance of grabbing a video?

Check for header and exhaust leaks. Sounds just like a lifter tick.

Check push rod length? What kind / hardened? Take the covers off first to take a look. The rockers are not hard on the inside. You may have worn through the hardness on the rocker. I'm sure your running some strong spring pressure too.

OK springs are 660 and stock rockers with truion upgrade . So I pulled it apart and we'll the truions have scrap marks on the bottom and checked to see where the rockers are pushing on the valve and not happy with what I see

Did you identify this cylinder as particularly problematic(moreso than others)? Did you bolt the rockers down the right way(with each cyl @ TDC)? Is that BTR springs? Are those the retainers that come with the kit? Steel? Can you post some pics of the underside of the rockers?

That wipe pattern is unfortunately rather typical of the stock rockers. Some of mine rode on the side of the valve stem as well.
