Default 317 heads fixable ? Cause?

Found this after cleaning up some gunk off the head paid 100$

Ok I'm a fabricator for a living I have the skill to weld this heads up but my question is can they be fixed after I weld them up or will it distort the head. I run a iron 347 with 18#s of boost got these to drop compression from the 853s I have been running. I planned on a valve job and possibly having the checked for flat and square surface but what do yall think fix em or junk em and keep the 853 heads

Clean up the high spots and they'll run fine.

i welded up some pitted heads, $75 to surface them and back in action. some passes with the a/c balance cranked and flowed in some 1/16" 5083 and it was all good.
