I dont know, if its bad enought to bore.

I wouldn't worry about that tiny scratch too much. It's just not worth the money to repair it. Maybe run a Flex-Hone in the cylinder slightly.

Can you put an arrow on the photo to show what you are concerned about? I only see the honing marks so I guess I am missing it.

My options are <br/>A. do nothing. Put it together and forget about it.<br/>B. Have it bored .010 at a shop and put in new pistons and 9 yrds. <br/><br/>Id rather not go through all that but if its bad enough i will

It really is tiny, Its probably more of a mental problem.

I'd hit the bore with a hone to knock down any high spots and run it. Small ding like that is negligible.
