Default Heads/intake swap parts?

Hey guys, I'm about to do a heads and intake swap and would like some insight on all parts I need.
So far I know I need:
Heads
Intake
Fuel rails
Injectors
Lifters
Fuel pump or fuel pump kit
Smooth bellow
Air intake lid
Gaskets for heads, headers
What else am I looking at purchasing to complete the build and get a tune? Thanks guys

balancer bolt
lifter guides
head bolts
timing chain
valley cover gasket
oil pan gasket
water pump gaskets
timing cover gasket
oil pick up tube O ring
camshaft retainer plate/gasket
cam bolts

You could possibly need these parts depending on mileage and if you have any existing leaks.

timing chain damper seal
rear main seal
Rear cover gasket
trunion upgrade
water crossover/block off gaskets

If you are going to a Fast intake they do not include the intake gaskets, they have to be bought separately.

Texas Speed and BTR as well as others have gasket kits that include all or most of what you would need.

Other than what you listed in the OP you would only need head bolts...lifters and guides aren't a necessity but def nice to replace if the old ones have a lot of miles...may not even "need" a new fuel pump depending on power levels...you don't need to do anything with balancer or crack the timing cover unless doing a cam swap

Need to know what intake to know for sure what you "need"
