Default 2005 lq4 factory lifter preload?

I'm looking for the preload recommended for factory lq4 lifters, not aftermarket replacement lifters. Thanks

I doubt this will help you but when I disassembled my lq9 (same lifters as lq4) I checked the preload before I took it apart. It was around .130. I checked it over and over again, and counted the turns to zero lash 1 3/4 turns. Much more than I thought it would be. I'm not sure what the factory uses for preload spec but it must be deep.

Ah ok that's a big preload. Isn't each turn 0.047" so 1.750 turns from zero lash would be (0.047" x 1.750)= 0.0822"

So in other words yes it helped lol assuming lq4 and lq9 use the same lifters. Preload looks to be 0.0822" based on that
