I tried searching. having issues finding the info i need.

through searching ive found the part# ending 8544 head gasket people say to buy. then i go to gm and they have a part# ending 9226 head gasket. im just curious if someone can enlighten me on the difference between the 2 so i can make my choice.

unless there is something other than those 2 stock options someone can recommend. i was just planning on the stock gasket through research.

pay attention to the max bore sizes. Also going too big will lower compression ratio numbers.
