LQ4 to t56

LQ4 to t56 I have a 2000 lq4. From what I have read the crank snout will not allow this engine to be bolted up to a t56. Is this the only issue with this combo not working? The reason I ask is the crank that is in my lq4 is out of a 04 lq4 with the standard crank size. The crank I had was trashed so I bought this one and had it measured and polished to make sure it was good. So with my lq4 with the standard crank, will it bolt up to my t56 with no issues?
