Default ls6 upgrades
I have an ls6 with stock bottom end. Would like to know if anyone else has built one over 420+ hp, if so what heads and cam did you use?

Cam alone will get you 420 rwhp

228 cam alone should get you close. CNC the heads and 450-460whp is easily done.

There are many different combinations that will help you achieve those numbers. Now how and what you choose to get you there will depend on what vehicle it is in, intended use, and other supporting mods you have or plan to add.
