They sell narrowed bearings if that's what you're after.
There are ways it can be done if needed.
Some do it by hand.
Some make a small fixture in a lathe and turn them as needed.
Some use the big end of an old rod to hold the bearing and machine as needed in a lathe or on a mill with a rotary table.

You would have to scribe a line from the edge of the bearing and likely use something like a bearing scraper to do so. You can file and or sand it as well but you really need to protect the surrounding area so you don't embed material into the bearing.
I only found a squaring tool to hold them in a lathe. If you look up "ROD or MAIN BEARING CHAMFERING TOOL" on Ebay you will see what I mean.

The fillet radius on the aftermarket cranks are usually about .125". You would need to cut at least that much plus clearance.
If I were forced to do something like this, I would probably put the shells together on a flat surface and tighten a hose clamp around them. Then use something like this chamfer router bit chucked up in a hand held drill to cut the chamfer. Just make sure you cut the right side.
