Greetings from Finland, i just bought LS1 engine and planning to use it on my GMC Typhoon. was wondering that what would be a great choise on cam for daily driven use and get the best HP and TQ with the 241 heads.
thanks

Give us some more details on your planned mods. Any plans to swap to an aftermarket torque converter?

It has th-700 tranny, 2500rpm stall converter ( on the original engine) , 4.11 gear awd. If the stock exhaust manifold will fit i will use those if not i will make headers for it, 450hp would be nice, we will do multi agles to valves and do mild porting and cleaning... Turbo maybe later an option

We have a 226/234,.6xx/.6xx, 114LSA camshaft that would work excellent in your application. With the 2500 converter you currently have we have to be careful not to go too large on the camshaft. This particular camshaft will offer nice drivability and performance with a proper tune.
