How often should the comp 918 valve springs be changged with the TR 224 cam?

I've since changed to the Patriot Gold Duals and couldn't be happier. I did not feel safe running the single 918's after finding out they had lost that much seat pressure after only 4800 miles. Running a dual spring that is probably the best on the market now has given me much better peace of mind.
