Default LQ4 modification

This link is to the (pn 88958622) heads that will have a 11.5:1 ratio:https://m.summitracing.com/parts/nal-88958622 and here is the link to the (pn 88958665) heads that have a 10.5:1 ratio:https://m.summitracing.com/parts/nal-88958665. My question is if I purchased the heads with the 11.5:1 do I have to change pistons on my LQ4 or do any extra work?

Because the price difference was only 300 dollars more for the better ratio.

This is the cam I wanna go with tick sns S3) http://www.tickperformance.com/tick-...1-ls6-engines/ and the heads that deliver the 11.5:1 ratio: https://m.summitracing.com/parts/nal-88958622 but can these two parts be paired on my LQ4 without causing problems?

Ummmm neither of those heads are available; I would consider some Trick Flow CNC 205 heads to get that 9.4:1 LQ4 compression up around 11.25:1

Like mentioned above both the links you shared list those heads as unavailable from Summit. Do you have a budget you are trying to stay within? What are you main goals with the build? What vehicle will this be going in?

This will be going into a 81 Malibu and my goal is +100 hp. I'm not so worried about money with this built as I wanna take my time and ensure I do it right the first time. Any advice on head and cam preference is greatly appreciated!

The TF 205 heads with .040" Cometics gets you 11.15:2 compression and the ASA CAM would easily give you 525 flywheel horsepower
