Default 4.8 pushrod advice needed

Okay guys I have an 03 silverado and i want to put an On3 76mm ceramic ball bearing turbo kit on it and i wont push more than 10-12psi. But for right now im gonna do PAC 1218 springs and i want to get my hands on an isky triple 12 cam (how can i contact this gentleman called Jarett??). The motor is gonna be bonestock besides the cam and springs. Can I run my factory pushrods?

If not, what brand and length pushrod do i need in order to run my triple 12 isky cam in my bonestock 4.8?

Also, what determines pushrod length? im guessing size of base circle of cam because im not touching the heads or anything else?

Before everyone tells me to go measure, i want some opinions because the triple 12 seems popular and done many times in 4.8s and 5.3s
Please chime in guys.

Stock push rods should be fine.
