Default Lq9 help please!

hello first post and looked around and nobody seems to be in my position.

So so I just bought a 2000 Camaro SS with a LQ9 and it's fully stock. I was wondering what's a Good Cam to run that'll make more power without having to deal with Piston to Valve Clearance and will work with the stock heads? I know I'll have to swap out the Springs and push rock maybe Rockers with the cam but I'm not looking to fly cut or upgrade heads. Thanks!

Alot of choices. Anything in the high 220 range to the low 230 range will work fine. Call a couple of vendors and ask there opinions for some actual specs.

I have an LQ4/4l60 in a trans am. H/C/I. Made 453 whp with a .585/.585 228/230 cam from jegs. You're obviously won't be that powerful because of the heads and intake. But it's still a good cam and I bought it for $220 or $250 shipped. Stock rockers and push rods but you'll need springs, they're cheap though
