I appreciate the feedback!

I always like when I come across some documentation that includes good photos. Happy to finally have an opportunity to provide some information that might be useful to someone!

Thank you!

When mocking up the Water Pump, we did not install the gaskets. We removed and then re-install the Water Pump with gaskets as it's final assembly.

We installed the original Alternator and the new Idler Relocation Bracket from Dirty Dingo Motorsports. This type of work is very quick as all the pieces just come together nicely.

After installing the New LS3 style Tensioner Pulley, I was having a little issue with the length of the suggested Belt. Here I used a String to measure both the longest possible length and then we rotated the tensioner to determine the shortest possible length. Because the string would ride deep in the groove, our estimate of the belt length was off (several times, several trips to the Auto Parts store). We finally were satisfied with a 101-5/8" long belt.

Look what we have!!!!! This is what I was imagining with the Driver's side Water Pump exit port. Check this bad boy out!!!!

The next big project is going to be the Engine Wiring Harness... Wish me luck!

Still stunned on how it came out! The LS3 Water Pump on this LM7 Vortec engine is really going to fit well with the configuration of my vehicle.
