Default ARP rod bolt torque specs?

I just got my ARP rod bolts and plan on installing them this weekend. I'm was wondering what the toque specs are on these? I searched but I could not find any info...
Thanks,

45 ft-lbs, torque, loosen, torque, loosen ...torque. Unless you have a rod-stretch gauge(if so, stretch to .0055) that is the procedure reccomended by ARP.
