Default Do I need a new crank seal??

I have a 02 LQ4 build I'm working on and I got a new engine stand so I moved the short block from one stand to another, and while on the cherry picker the engine tilted forward and oil started coming out from the crank seal area.. not a whole lot but a noticeable amount

I've noticed in previous situations when there's a lot of pressure on a seal it will seep out some fluid, but is perfectly fine when all that pressure that was leaning on it is gone.. is this one of those cases or is my crank seal bad?

Are you sure the oil didn't come out of the flywheel bolt holes?

If the front cover is misaligned the seal will leak.
