Default NE1 familiar with this cam?

Comp Cams XR265HR 212/218 .558 .563 115lsa. Looking for a stealth cam with a wide power band. Anyone with a dyno graph I would like to see it and know how it idles....not really interested in the gt2-3 cam, that's what everyone keeps trying to sell me.

This is a question, not an answer for you, but is that a change to the XR265HR specs? I did a Google search on "XR265HR" and found two places that have that cam for sale, and both state that this cam is a .522/.529 lift cam. Maybe it's only .558/.563 with 1.85 rockers?

According to their website thats the xtreme RPM spec. I want to know about the xtreme high RPM specs, like is it peaky or is it broad...and what RPM does the powerpeak.

AHA!!! I see the difference now. There are two grinds labeled "XR265HR"--the lower lift cam is part number 54-412-11, and the higher lift cam is part number 54-424-11. The latter is the cam you gave the specs for. THANK YOU for finding this! This is EXACTLY the cam I've been looking for... Should have a near-stock idle with the low duration and wide LSA, but give better midrange power than the LS6 cam (117.5 LSA) and make a little more power than the LS6 cam since it has a little more duration. NICE FIND!!!

Soooo when you planning to get this cam? Cause if you are getting it before this summer, you'll have to fill me in on a few details.

Late spring, early summer. I need to buy new street tires and a pair of ET Streets first. Should have it in by early June... I'll post here once it's in. Watch this space!
