Default Turbo cam in N/A 5.3?

Hey guys, I've been pondering on this for a couple of days now. I have a blown up stock bottom end ls1 that had a turbo on it from my camaro. It has a Tick stage 2 turbo cam (231/231 .630"/.605" 116LSA) with the valve springs and pushrods I need to do the swap. The truck I want to put it in is a 2003 extended cab stepside with a 2/4 drop, 3" bullet muffler with exhaust dumped over axle, CAI, I'll get a tune obviously. I know the cam isn't ideal, but I have everything to do it for FREE. It won't be used for towing or anything, just a fun street truck. If any cam gurus can give me their advice, or any other truck guys with similar sized cams could give me some input. I figured the wide lsa might help drivability. Thanks guys, Logan

You can't beat free. It'll be fine, that cam isn't too wild. Do you have an aftermarket converter for the truck?

You're going to want probably at least a 3000 stall with that big of a cam.
