Burning oil help~!
Burning oil help~! I have a cam/header 2000 ws6. When I get on it, the car is burning oil and you can totally smell it. Also, I have to fill my add to my oil very often. When I drive normally, there is not a problem, no burning oil smell, but if I get on it in any way...it burns oil. Also I'm getting alot of detonation/popping in my exhaust. I was wondering if a my rings are going 44,000miles on the car, or if maybe my PCV system is totally ******* up and eating up oil and causing me to go lean. Anyone have any advice?

you need to seal the rocker arm studs on aftermarket ported heads to keep the oil from draining down into the cylinders.
some permatex or loctite 222 seem to work for most people.
Pull the valve covers redo the rocker bolts tq back to 22ft-lbs.
give her hell.
