Default First LS Build

I have been reading and planing a build for a while now and this is where I am.
I have a 1998 LS1 with a 4L60E that will be going into a 1990 RX7. This will be a weekend toy with A/C and no power steering. I have purchased all the installation parts from Grannys Speed Shop but want to modify the engine before installing it. So far I have:
1998 Stock LS1 with 80,000 miles
LS2 timing chain and tensioner
Melling high pressure oil pump
rear main seal and gaskets
front engine gaskets
Pacesetter headers to fit in the RX7
2800-3200 stall lock up torque converter

I plan to do a CNC port and cam package from Texas Speed. I am planning a 228R 114 LSA cam, stock valves, Pac 1218 Beehive springs and GM hardware.
I have a set of 799 heads off a 2007 Tahoe that I will be using.
My questions are, How much should I have the heads milled to raise compression or should they just be cleaned up and use a different head gasket?
And anything I missed or should change?

Plan to use a small shot of nitrous in the future.

Any input is appreciated.
