Default Iron 6.2 camshaft selection

Is this a good camshaft for my build?
Iron 6.2 with stock ls3 pistons rods
trick flow 255 heads 64cc
fast 102 intake and 102 throttle body.
Car weighs 3500 lbs
4.11 gears
t56 transmission.

CAMSHAFT 224/236 609/604 LIFT on 113 lsa

I should add this will be a weekend warrior, occasionally driven to strip wanting a well mannered driver with broad torque curve

Just out of curiosity, did you start with a 6.0 block? I thought (maybe erroneously) that all 6.2s were built with aluminum blocks.

Started life as an iron 6.0. 2006 year. Had some corrosion in a couple cylinders, so it was bored. .065" over

That's a great cam choice. However on my buddy's Vette, he found that the factory LS3 intake and TB worked better (drivability) on both the 376" AND his TSP headed 417" after quite a bit of tuning with the FAST

I was worried about low rpm air velocity with such large cylinder intake ports, intake and throttle body size. Hope it works out. The camshaft was spec'd for rectangular port heads. Do you think they'll be any issue with ptv interference with this camshaft and head selection?
