valve spring recommendations

i'm in the process of swapping a 5.3, i'll be running a howards 226/234 rattler cam .525/.525 lift. just looking around for recommendations on what valve springs I should run? thanks In advance!

I know PAC 1218s are a good choice for under .600 lift and are relatively cheap.

Why not speak to Howard's tech line and have them sell you a spring kit matched for your camshaft?
