Default Looking for new pistons

I'm needing some help finding a set of pistons. I am using Callie's compstar h beam rods. I am looking for either a 3.903 or 3.905 bore, 3.622 stroke, be able to hold a 250 shot occasionally. I would also like to get my compression to around 11:1 or possibly slightly higher. 61cc is as far as I can mill my heads. I am using trickflow 220 as cast heads. They come standard with 65cc I believe. Any suggestions? I found quite a few wiseco pistons I liked, but the compression was slightly lower than what I wanted.

Look into Diamond Pistons, they have pistons design for Nitrous and can custom make them for your needs.

Do you know around how much a custom set would run?

I used custom Wisecos in my last build. You can ask for just about whatever dome/dish you want to get your compression where you want it, but custom pistons usually take longer to ship than a shelf stock piston. Your other option is to mill the heads.

They were about $1k, but they were a one off custom piston. Short compression height (<1.0"), 1mm rings, etc. Nothing like what they have in their catalogs.

If you take an existing part number and just ask for a different dish/dome volume or a more shallow valve relief, it's just a small charge since it's just a modification to an existing design.

We have both on the shelf and custom order options for Wiseco and Diamond pistons. If we can help you find what you are looking for please do not hesitate to ask. Our pistons start at $729.99 with GMX steel rings, Pins, Locks (and RRS if necessary for the pistons).
