Default Solid roller lifters

Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find lengths anywhere... I know the bore and roller bearing sizes are identical in SBC and LS Solid roller lifters. My question is will SBC work in an LS? I have a set of Crowers I would like to use in my LS build rather than buying a new set for $7-800. They are not offset.

Ls morel tie bar lifters start at $369.
The lifter body is the same but the bore spacing is diff. if the tie bar has a wide enough slot theyll fit. otherwise no.
Just in case here are the new lifters

Those lunati are reboxed morel. For a solid roller you want stability and precision. im not sure the plastic lifter buckets would provide that as well as the steel body and steel tie bar.
The comparable lifter to their entry level tie bar is the 4737 which is more $$ than the tie bar set is anyway.

I've had no issues with the tray style. I'm well past 10,000 miles.

Ya I know the morels I need are around $700. This engine is going to be living between 5k and 8k for 50 lap races in a roundy round car... was just seeing if the crower 66290's I have would work. Guess I need to measure the tie bar

Default Crower Cams

Hi Rowdy, I would call Ramero, he can rebuild these with the NEW Tie Bar for LS requirement.

I too could get this done for your needs, I am under WD costs at Crower.

I'd suggest a bushed lifter... either from Crower, Isky, or Morel. They will be more than $700.

might want to look into dedicated axle oiling as well if it's going to live and breathe at those RPM consistently

I don't think the bushing lifters come in any other way?

The Black Mambas might be worth a look. They are north of $1300, though.
